[Layout: Two columns. Copy left, inconsistency visual right. Button under copy.]
Your Logo Looks Fine on Your Laptop. Where Else Have You Checked?
On the invoice. On the van. On the shop sign. On a phone screen at 40% brightness.
Most businesses don’t have a design problem. They have a consistency problem.
The logo was made once, years ago, by someone who sent back a single PNG. Since then it’s been stretched on a banner, recoloured for a poster, rebuilt in Canva by whoever was free, and cropped badly for the Instagram profile picture.
Now there are five versions of your brand in circulation, in four slightly different blues, and none of them look quite like the others.
Your customers can’t articulate this. But they feel it. Inconsistency reads as carelessness, and carelessness reads as risk — which is a strange thing to communicate about a business you’ve spent years building properly.
[SLOT — Real example: the same logo across five touchpoints, each slightly different — wrong colour, stretched, low-res, wrong background. Then the corrected system beside it. Instantly recognisable to anyone who’s lived it.]

SECTION 04
[Layout: Hook headline centered. 5 cards in a grid with icons. Button below.]
Five Design Decisions That Are Costing You More Than They Saved
Every one of them felt sensible at the time.
The Cheap Logo That Came as One File You got a PNG. No vector, no source file, no variations. Now every printer, sign-maker and developer asks for something you can’t provide — and you pay someone to rebuild it from scratch.
Five People, Five Interpretations Your intern makes posters, your printer makes flyers, an agency made the website. Nobody had a rulebook, so nobody followed one. The result looks like four companies sharing a name.
Designed Once, Never Documented The designer knew the colours and fonts. The designer is gone. Nobody wrote them down. Now every new asset is an approximation of an approximation.
Trend-Chasing Instead of Positioning It looked contemporary in 2021 and dated by 2023. Design built on a trend has a shelf life. Design built on positioning doesn’t.
A Brand That Undersells the Work Your service is genuinely excellent. Your materials say “small operation, tight budget.” Customers price you on what they can see before they ever experience what you do.
[SLOT — 5 line icons, one per card, single consistent style.]
[ Find Out Which of These I Have ]
SECTION 05
[Layout: Full-width band, contrasting background. Statement block. Mockup below, button under it.]
Design Isn’t What Your Business Looks Like. It’s What People Assume About It.
Before anyone reads your pricing, they’ve already decided roughly what you charge.
Done properly, design signals competence in the first half-second — before a single claim is made. It makes you memorable in a market where most competitors are forgettable. It lets you charge what your work is worth instead of competing on being cheapest. And it makes everything else easier: the website converts better, the ads perform better, the pitch lands better.
Done carelessly, it quietly disqualifies you from conversations you never knew you were in.
We design the first kind.
[SLOT — Before/after of the same business’s materials — old versus rebranded. Side by side, no commentary needed.]

SECTION 06
[Layout: Your strongest section. Full-width band, distinct background. 3 large cards, generous padding, stacked on mobile. Image slot and button after all three.]
Three Questions to Ask Any Designer Before You Pay Them
Ask ours. Then go ask the others and compare the answers.
“Who is actually designing this — and will it work everywhere it needs to?”
At most agencies you meet the senior team during the pitch, then the work goes to a junior learning on your budget.
Not here. Every project is designed by senior people with real brand experience — and by people who also build websites and apps, which matters more than it sounds.
A designer who only works in print produces a logo that looks beautiful at A4 and turns into mush as a 32-pixel favicon. A designer who’s never built a website picks a typeface with no web licence, or a colour pair that fails contrast requirements on screen.
Your brand has to work on a business card, a shop sign, a phone screen, an app icon, a video thumbnail and an embroidered shirt. We design for all of it, because we’ve had to implement all of it.
“Who answers me when I need something urgently?”
The agency owner. Personally. Not an account manager relaying feedback, not a coordinator, not a portal that turns your note into a ticket.
Design feedback is especially vulnerable to the telephone game. You say “it feels a bit cold,” it passes through two people, and arrives as “client wants warmer colours.” Two rounds later you’re reviewing something nobody intended.
You talk directly to the person holding the pen. Which also means when the printer needs a file by 4pm, or a campaign needs an asset resized today, it gets handled — not scheduled.
“Do I actually own what you make — every file, every format?”
You’d think this is obvious. It isn’t. A great deal of cheap design work is delivered as flattened images, with the working files kept or simply never created.
Then you need the logo for a sign, a printer asks for vector, a developer asks for SVG, an embroiderer asks for a single-colour version — and you discover you own a picture of your brand rather than your brand.
You get everything. Vector source files, every format, every variation, full colour and single colour, light and dark backgrounds, print-ready and screen-ready, plus written guidelines. Yours permanently, usable by any designer, anywhere, forever.
[SLOT — A file delivery folder screenshot showing the full range of formats and variations. Unglamorous and extremely reassuring.]

SECTION 09
[Layout: Alternating rows — image left / text right, then flip. One row per item. Button at section end.]
Here’s Exactly What You Get. Not Just “A Logo.”
A logo is one asset. A brand is a system that makes every future asset easier.
Positioning work before any design begins Who you serve, what you’re actually competing against, what you want people to assume, and what you need to stop signalling. Design decisions made without this are just personal taste wearing a suit.
[SLOT — Brand strategy or positioning document page.]
A logo system, not a single logo Primary mark, secondary lockup, icon or monogram, horizontal and stacked arrangements, full colour, single colour, reversed for dark backgrounds, and a version that survives being 24 pixels wide. Because you’ll need all of them.
[SLOT — Logo variation sheet showing the full system.]
Colour and typography built as a system A palette with defined primary, secondary and accent roles, tested for screen contrast and print reproduction. A type scale with clear hierarchy, using typefaces properly licensed for web, print and app use — a detail that quietly causes real legal problems when it’s skipped.
[SLOT — Colour palette and type specimen board.]
Brand guidelines anyone can follow A written document covering logo usage, spacing, minimum sizes, colour codes for every context, typography rules, imagery direction, and what not to do. So the next person who touches your brand gets it right without asking.
[SLOT — Brand guidelines document spread.]
Business and marketing collateral Business cards, letterheads, invoices, proposals, brochures, flyers, signage, vehicle graphics, uniforms — whatever your business actually uses. Designed as a set so they look related rather than assembled.
[SLOT — Collateral flat-lay mockup.]
Packaging that works on a shelf and in a photo Structure, labelling, hierarchy, legal requirements, and print specification. Designed to be recognisable at distance and to photograph well, because most people will see it on a screen first.
[SLOT — Packaging mockup.]
Social media templates your team can actually use Editable templates for the formats you post most, built so anyone on your team can produce on-brand content without a designer. This is usually the single highest-value item for busy businesses.
[SLOT — Social template set.]
Presentation and pitch design Slide templates and pitch decks that make your argument clearly. If you’re raising money or pitching contracts, this one has a measurable return.
[SLOT — Pitch deck slides.]
Every file, every format, yours permanently Vector source files, AI/EPS/SVG/PDF/PNG/JPG, CMYK for print and RGB for screen, favicons and app icons, and an organised folder structure. Delivered to you, owned by you, usable by anyone.

What Good Is a Beautiful Brand on a Website That Ignores It?
Identity, digital, and marketing under one team — so your brand survives contact with the real world.
Graphic Design Brand identity, collateral, packaging, templates, guidelines. You’re here.
UX/UI Design Your brand translated into interfaces — designed by the same people, so nothing gets lost. [ Learn More → ]
Website Development Your identity implemented in code exactly as designed, not approximated by a developer guessing at intent. [ Learn More → ]
Social Media Management Content produced continuously in your brand system rather than improvised weekly. [ Learn More → ]
E-Commerce & WooCommerce Packaging, product photography direction and store design working as one experience. [ Learn More → ]
SEO & Digital Marketing Ad creative built from your brand system, so campaigns look like you rather than like stock. [ Learn More → ]
WordPress Development Design systems implemented as real code — colours and type defined once, applied everywhere. [ Learn More → ]
[SLOT — Diagram: brand system at the centre, applications radiating out to web, social, print, packaging, ads.]
Why one team beats a designer plus a web agency: your brand guidelines become your website’s actual design tokens. Your social templates use the same type scale as your packaging. Nobody reinterprets your identity at each handoff, because there is no handoff.

You’ll See the Thinking, Not Just the Final Reveal
Six steps, and you’re involved in all of them.
01 — Discovery Your market, your customers, your competitors, your positioning, and what you need people to assume about you. Plus the practical inventory — every place your brand has to appear.
02 — Direction Two or three distinct strategic directions, each with a rationale. Not variations on one idea — genuinely different answers to the same question, so you’re choosing a direction rather than a decoration.
03 — Development The chosen direction refined properly. Logo system built out, colour and type resolved, tested at every size and on every background it’ll face.
04 — Application The identity applied across your real touchpoints so you can see it working rather than floating on a white slide. This is where weak identities fail and it’s better to find out now.
05 — Documentation Brand guidelines written so anyone can apply the system correctly without asking.
06 — Delivery & Handover Every file, every format, organised and delivered. Plus a walkthrough so your team knows what they have and how to use it.
[SLOT — Process visual, or real presentation slides showing directions explored.]

You Don’t Have to Rebrand Everything at Once
Three ways in. Pick the one that matches where you are.
Brand Review A fixed-scope assessment of your current identity — consistency, positioning, file quality, and how it performs against competitors — with prioritised recommendations. The lowest-risk starting point.
Project-Based A defined piece of work: an identity, a packaging range, a set of collateral, a pitch deck. Fixed price, fixed timeline.
Design Retainer Ongoing design capacity for businesses producing marketing material continuously. Best when you need consistent output without hiring in-house.
[SLOT — Simple comparison graphic or three icons.]

Starting, Rebranding, or Just Cleaning Up the Mess
Three kinds of clients arrive here. All of them leave with a system.
Come to us to start when…
You’re launching and want to look established from day one You’ve been trading without a real identity and it’s holding you back You’re entering a market where your competitors look far more serious You need something before a launch, a pitch, or a funding round
Come to us to rebrand when…
Your brand is dated and your business has moved on You’re repositioning to a different price point or market A merger, name change or expansion has outgrown the old identity Your materials undersell the quality of what you actually deliver
Come to us to clean up when…
Five people have made five versions of your brand Nobody can find the original files You’ve got a logo but nothing else — no colours, no type, no rules Every new asset takes three rounds because there’s no reference to work from
[SLOT — Three-column graphic, start vs rebrand vs cleanup.]

We work in tools any professional designer can open, and we deliver in formats any printer, developer or agency can use. No proprietary formats, no dependency on us. If you ever work with someone else, everything transfers cleanly — which is exactly how it should be.

We’d rather lose the project than take one we both regret.
We’re a strong fit if you…
Deliver work better than your materials currently suggest Need one consistent system rather than another one-off asset Are repositioning, launching, or entering a more competitive market Want design decisions explained rather than just presented Need files you’ll own and use for the next decade Want a long-term partner as the brand extends
We’re probably wrong for you if you…
Want the cheapest logo available Need it finished by tomorrow Want us to closely imitate another brand’s identity Want design decided by committee vote rather than positioning Believe a new logo will fix a business problem underneath it

What Changes Once You Actually Have a System
The shift is faster than most people expect.
Week One You see your business the way your market sees it — usually an uncomfortable but useful moment. The positioning work surfaces things you’ve felt for years without naming.
Month One The identity lands and everything gets easier. New materials take hours instead of days because the decisions are already made. Your team stops asking which blue.
Month Three Consistency becomes visible externally. Your website, social, print and packaging finally look like one business. People start describing you differently — and often, more accurately.
Year One Price resistance eases because you no longer look like the budget option. Every new asset extends an existing system instead of starting a fresh argument. And the files still work, for everyone, everywhere.
[SLOT — Brand system shown applied across many touchpoints simultaneously. Volume and consistency is the message.]
[ Start This Month ]
SECTION 18
[Layout: Narrow centered column, distinct background. Short. Button below.]
Here’s What We Refuse to Promise You
Because anyone promising it is selling you something else.
We won’t promise a new brand will fix a business problem underneath it — if the offer, the pricing or the service is wrong, no identity rescues that. We won’t promise everyone will love it, because design that pleases everyone usually says nothing. And we won’t copy another brand’s identity, however well it’s working for them, because that’s both a legal risk for you and a guarantee you’ll always look like the second choice.
What we will promise: every decision explained rather than asserted, an identity built on your positioning rather than our taste, work tested everywhere it actually has to function, every file delivered and owned by you permanently, and a straight, quick answer whenever you need one.
Those are the things genuinely inside our control. Everything else is built on top of them.

SECTION 20
[Layout: Accordion, collapsed by default. Button below.]
The Questions You’re Too Polite to Ask
Ask them anyway. We’d rather you knew now.
How many concepts will I see? Two or three genuinely distinct strategic directions, each with the reasoning behind it. Not thirty variations of the same idea — volume is what designers offer when they haven’t done the thinking.
How many revisions are included? [X] rounds per stage, which is more than enough when directions are properly reasoned. Revisions are cheap and fast at the direction stage, which is exactly why we resolve things there.
Do I own the final design? Completely. Full ownership of the final identity, plus every source file. No licensing arrangements, no ongoing fees, no permission needed to use your own brand.
Will I get the source files? Yes — vector originals, every export format, print and screen versions, and an organised folder structure. Any designer anywhere can pick them up.
Can you work with our existing logo? Yes. Sometimes the logo is fine and everything around it is missing. We’ll tell you honestly whether you need a rebuild or a system built around what you have — the second is cheaper and we’ll say so when it’s true.
Can you make it look like [another brand]? We’ll take inspiration from what’s working in your market, but we won’t imitate a specific brand’s identity. It’s a legal risk for you and it permanently positions you as the alternative to them.
Do you handle printing? We deliver print-ready files to your printer’s specification and can liaise with them directly. We can also recommend printers we trust and manage the production if you’d prefer.
Can you help with trademark registration? We’re not lawyers and can’t provide legal advice on this, but we’ll design with distinctiveness in mind and can prepare the files your trademark attorney will need. We’d recommend a search before you commit to a name.
Who is actually doing the design work? A senior designer, every time. We don’t hand brand projects to juniors learning on your budget.
Who do I talk to during the project? The agency owner, directly. No account managers, no relayed feedback.
How fast do you reply? Within [X] hours on business days, usually faster. Urgent production deadlines get priority handling.
How do payments work? Deposit to secure your slot and begin, balance at delivery. Larger projects split across milestones. Everything agreed in writing before we start.
Do you work with international clients? Yes. We work across timezones without drama — email, WhatsApp, or scheduled calls, whatever suits you.
[ Ask Me Something Not on This List ]
SECTION 21
[Layout: Full-width closing band. Strong background or faded mockup behind. One button. No navigation, no distractions.]
Somebody Decided Not to Call You This Week
They didn’t tell you why. They probably couldn’t have explained it themselves.
They looked at your website, your card, your van, your packaging — and something told them you were the smaller, cheaper, less certain option. That impression formed in under a second and it was never spoken aloud.
The frustrating part is that it usually isn’t true. Most businesses with weak branding do excellent work. They just never gave anyone a reason to assume so.
Send us your website or your existing materials. Within 2 working days you’ll get an honest brand review — what you’re signalling, where you’re inconsistent, how you compare to your competitors, and what we’d fix first.
No pressure. No obligation. If your brand is already working, we’ll tell you that too.
[SLOT — Final visual: your strongest brand identity spread, large, slightly faded behind the text.]
